Your new role
The role will be both operational and strategic. You will partner with two key areas of the business supporting managers predominately across Norfolk and Suffolk . You will be responsible for advising them on performance, disciplinary, grievance and other HR issues in relation to their teams. Whilst considering the customer experience, you will be encouraged to always look for ways to improve and harmonise HR processes. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in TUPE transfers, restructures and other exciting change projects embedding their culture and values.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have broad generalist HR experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also be at least L5 CIPD Qualified and be keen to continue their professional learning. You will be self-motivated, inquisitive and solutions-driven. Great attention to detail, strong verbal/written communication skills and good emotional intelligence will also be paramount for first-class stakeholder management. Experience in managing TUPE transfers and/or multi-site experience will also be advantageous.
