Ashley kate are delighted to be working with a leading company in their search for a new HR Advisor for a 6 month fixed term contract, to be based in Leeds (currently home working). This is a full time opportunity with a salary of between GBP25k-GBP30k.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new Shared Service team within the companies Customer Management division. The new Shared Service team will be responsible for providing support and coaching to line managers across the UK, helping them to resolve HR issues.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
??Provide pragmatic and commercial guidance, predominantly by telephone, across the full spectrum of ER issues.
??Pro actively respond to queries within a shared HR inbox.
??Provide coaching and training to managers in all aspects of the people policies and procedures.
??Support the HR Operations Partners with ad hoc projects such as TUPEs, Change management and restructure.
We are looking for:
??Previous experience in a HR role with a exposure to ER issues is essential.
??Preferably CIPD qualified or working towards
??Experience in the application of company HR policy and procedures.
??Ability to organise and prioritise case-loads within a fast-paced environment.
