We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant to be an integrated member of the finance team on site at Hereford County Hospital.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be part of a small and enthusiastic team who is responsible for providing finance and administration support to the onsite management function.

Main Responsibilities
Undertake all financial administration processes as required in relation to soft and hard services contract, to include but not exhaustive: raise & review goods receipt of purchase orders, archive documentation, maintain good housekeeping.
Undertake as required responsibility for Cash/Debit Card processing to include daily count and banking, cash floats ensuring that any discrepancies are actioned in a timely manner, provide Hub with the daily takings.
Meet deadlines for trading periods in liaison with the Finance Hub
Provide Reports to our client in relation to recharging consumables, including full audit trails in a timely manner
Assist with monitoring KPI's
Assist and educate where required Supervisors/Service Managers on their duties required to meet closing of trading periods; monitor consumables and associated costs and ensure that their records are accurate to ensure that any analysis you undertake is of value and accurate.
Establishment and maintenance of effective communications and working relationships.
Attendance at meetings as required, ensuring actions are monitored and progressed to resolution.
Participation in and contribution to Sodexo forums, initiatives and training.
Any other duties as may be reasonably required.Accountabilities
