Join us as an Executive Assistant and you will play pivotal role in ensuring the Director's offices run smoothly and their effectiveness is maximised by providing high quality logistical and administrative support. This role of Executive Assistant will involve managing diaries, coordinating travel arrangements, organising meetings and preparing documentation, including papers, presentations and briefings. You will also maintain internal relationships, oversee stakeholder communications and represent the Directors at meetings as needed. You will also have an eye for detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines and a 'can-do' attitude. Highly organised and delivery focused, you will be a proficient user of MSOffice and comfortable overseeing internal systems and processes.
