Title: Executive Personal Assistant
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
Start date: ASAP
Tiger is currently working exclusively with a small start-up advisory firm in Manhattan, to help source an Executive Personal Assistant to support the Co-Founder with their everyday business and personal life. They are a small sociable team, who are also very busy, so this will suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
This is currently a remote working role, though the team meets once a week to work together.
Personal Assistant duties (c. 60%):
Executive Assistant duties (c.40%):
This is a Monday-Friday role, but there will be some expectations outside of these hours. You will need to be flexible and amenable to changing priorities.

- Managing their personal schedule, including calendar and all travel
- Some further calendar support for the family
- Handling a number of rental properties, including liaison with tenants, air bnb, and all suppliers and vendors.
- Keeping on top of personal expenses and finances
- Generally keeping on top of his day-to-day personal life
Executive Assistant duties (c.40%):
- Managing a busy schedule, including meetings, client lunches/dinners, and video calls
- Travel management (national and international), which will likely become more frequent
- General administrative support
This is a Monday-Friday role, but there will be some expectations outside of these hours. You will need to be flexible and amenable to changing priorities.
