What are we looking for?
Otis is currently recruiting for a HR Administrator, HR Shared Services, to work as part of a dynamic team, to implement our HR Operating model, as part of the Otis global HR Transformation strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer centric individual to assume the role within Otis, as part of a HR Shared Services function.
This role will be responsible for the provision professional and accurate HR Administration support to internal and external customers, contributing to the achievement of the shared service Centre's objectives and KPIs. A key aspect of this role will be ensuring that the employee is at the heart of everything we do and bringing to life the Otis HR Operating Model.
Although, initially for a fixed term contract, this position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to display their skills and aptitude for future permanent roles.
As a HR Administrator, you will:
* Undertake the administration of HR processes and procedures, ensuring all administration is completed in a timely manner and communicated effectively to employees and managers
* Act as the first point of receipt and triage within SLA of service requests
* Participate in HR projects as part of the Otis business calendar and ad-hoc in relation to business requirements
* Ensure personal completion of helpdesk tasks within KPI timescales
* Complete various administrative tasks
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Prior experience of working in a busy, high volume and results focused administrative environment
* Relevant HR experience preferable
* Shared Service Centre experience an advantage but not essential
* Experience of working to set procedures and in a logical manner
* Knowledge of HR Information Systems (Workday/ Service Now) and software such as Excel/ Word
