We are looking for an organised Project Coordinator to join a small family-owned Manufacturing and Interior Design Company in South West London. 

Working on a variety of furniture contract projects, you will be coordinating and managing production of furniture, as part of a team led by the Operations Director and Projects Director. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in residential projects such as selecting and ordering furniture and accessories for private clients and may occasionally be asked to work on residential interior schemes. 

We are looking for someone who has a great attitude, strong communication skills and has an eye for detail to join a lovely team and company!   

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Producing shop drawings of furniture for client approval and factory production 
  • Management of aspects of assigned projects from initial stages through to installation and after sales as assigned by the Projects/Operations Director 
  • Administrative and organisational support of assigned projects and the projects team 
  • Manage the processing and ordering of project specifications alongside the Procurement and Sales Co-ordinator 
  • Producing delivery schedules for the team 
  • Requesting deposit and interim payments from clients 
  • Liaising with Sub-contractors  
  • Liaising with the UK and overseas factories and suppliers directly for cost prices deliveries, shipping details on items ordered 
  • Carry out ad hoc duties as requested by the Directors within the Company. 

What we are looking for:

  • Essential IT skills required: AutoCAD 2d, Excel and Word - Intermediate level. 
  • Knowledge of the following software an advantage but not essential, as training will be provided if required: Xero Accounting, Photoshop, PowerPoint 
  • Strong organisational skills in a dynamic fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
