We are looking for an organised and confident Temp Office Coordinator to join a lovely small family owned Manufacturing and Interior Design Company in South West London. 

3 days per week, however there is scope for the role to be permanent and full time. You will have the opportunity to get involved in various support aspects as the team gradually return to the office! 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Managing supplier contracts and invoices 
  • Managing client invoices, purchase orders and providing quotes
  • General administrative support including filing, managing post and organising couriers

What we are looking for:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office 
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements 

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent can-do attitude
