The ideal EA will be self-driven, enthusiastic and resilient with excellent communication skills. You will be supporting the CEO with anything from extensive diary management and travel arrangements to coordinating events and providing personal support. Furthermore, you will be required to cover for the Chairman’s PA when they are absent. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating board and senior management meetings
  • Complex diary management and arranging international travel 
  • Submitting extensive monthly expenses
  • Organising signing of documents and couriers
  • Currency collection
  • Internal and external event management 
  • Personal PA support, such as running errands and booking restaurants etc.
  • Supporting the Chairman when PA is absent
  • Acting as a gatekeeper for the Directors
  • Editing, formatting and binding documents and presentations 
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested from time to time

What we are looking for:

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
  • Previous administrative experience in a financial services environment
  • Exceptional knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and Outlook 
  • Exceptional knowledge of video conference facilities such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
  • Proactive with an ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Be able to deal with internal and external clients 
  • Flexibility and adaptability 
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
