THE CLIENT

We have just taken on an unmissable opportunity for a Team Assistant to join the Talent Team at an investment firm based in Central London. The working culture here is extremely social and collaborative resulting in a high staff retention.

THE ROLE

This is a newly created position for a Team Assistant to provide administrative support to the Talent Team. You will be involved with managing the logistics for scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates and supporting the team with the admin required for each search. This role requires a Team Assistant who is intellectually curious, keen to be involved with ad-hoc projects and who has exceptional logistical skills. This is a great first role for a Team Assistant who has a healthy level of ambition and really enjoys being part of a hard working team.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Team Assistant will be extremely hard-working and have at least one year's experience working within an office, ideally within Executive Search or Recruitment. A degree or equivalent qualification from a secretarial college would definitely be advantage. You must have strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive can-do attitude.

THE DETAILS

• Salary range £25 - 30k dependant upon experience
• 30 days holiday
• Hours are 9.00am - 6.00pm with flexibility required
• Annual discretionary bonus
