Central London 

Ou client is a global alternative investment firm and they are looking for an exceptional PA to join them. It's a very prestigious firm, with a lovely culture. There's a great network of PAs in the office so you'll definitely feel supported in your role. This will be a remote start, but will eventually require working full time in the stunning offices located in the heart of Central London. We're looking for a PA who thrives off working under pressure, enjoys looking after a small team and is able to seamlessly manage extensive international travel itineraries and diary management.  

THE ROLE

You will be supporting five investment professionals, including an MD within a Deal Team. This is a traditional PA role so you will be managing the diaries and coordinating complex and international travel itineraries. You will also be asked to pull together reports and help out with PowerPoint presentations as well as processing expenses. You will be working alongside one other PA, who is fantastic so you must be a great team player and possess excellent communication skills.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• PA experience supporting a team is essential
• Working within finance or alternative investment is highly desirable
• Longevity within previous roles is also highly desirable
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Extensive knowledge of all of the Microsoft packages

• Salary up to £48k plus annual discretionary bonus
