Client Associate - 12 month FTC

We have just taken on a fantastic 12 month FTC as a Client Associate role working for a lovely Investment firm based in Victoria.

They are looking for this person to start ASAP so you should be either be immediately available or on short notice.

A normal day to day will include:

• Communicating with clients, taking detailed and accurate phone messages and monitoring multiple inboxes.
• Keeping the team informed on all client engagement with action points.
• Electronic client filing, scanning and using the CRM.

They ideal candidate with have atleast 3 years in a support role, been working in financial services previously, have an exceptional attention to detail and have a high level of customer service with the confidence to speak to people at all levels of seniority.
