Join a successful company in the heart of Farnham! We are currently seeking an experienced Expenses Administrator ideally with experience working with an employee expenses system- Concur or Cloud River etc.

This role will initially be office based, however there is also the possibility that this role could be performed remotely. Free on site parking when office based.

This varied role will include:

* Resolving expenses queries

* Setting new employees up on the system

* Trouble shooting- assisting with login/processing queries

* Training staff- employee expenses system

You will have the opportunity to be involved in training- if you have had some exposure to a new system implementation this would be beneficial.

You will have the following skills/experience:

* Excellent expenses experience

* All round knowledge of VAT rules surrounding the expenses process

* Previous use of an Expenses package preferably Chrome River but similar considered i.e. Concur

* Good administration skills - responsible for dealing with Expenses queries

This is a temporary, long term project.
