The HR Administrator will be working from the HQ in Slough and will support the Contact Centre business unit, responsible for about 250 employees.

Our client is one of the largest logistic service providers with 8 sites across the UK and over 25 years experience. They work with a really wide range of clients.
Description
This temporary HR Administrator position based in Slough, will involve the following responsibilities:
Create and maintain individual personnel files and e-files, making sure that all documents are accurately stored in line with company and statutory requirements.
Attend disciplinary and grievance hearings to take a record of the meeting.
Ensuring the HR database accurately reflects current staff conditions; inputting starters and leavers, contractual amendments, change of details, annual leave and recording of absences.
Take full ownership of the e-files and the HR database to ensure personnel information is accurate and up to date.
Process the required HR documentation for all contractual changes and other relevant staff related matters
Execute all duties in line with UK employment law and seek advice from Human Resources Manager
Undertake any other duties as required for delivery of effective HR administration and supporting the organisation.Profile
The ideal HR Administrator will have the following:
Experience in a HR Admin role
The ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
Ability to work autonomously and flexibly
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Pro-active and self-motivated
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power-point), email and the internet
Experienced in data management on a HR Information system
Excellent attention to detail
Co-operative and supportive team playerJob Offer
