HR Administrator (Contracts)

Circa 25k per annum
We are currently working alongside a leading Facilities Management company to recruit three HR Administrators within their Contracts team based out of Weybridge
The HR Administrators will provide guidance and support to managers and employees across the employee life cycle, from contract generation (onboarding) to offboarding.
Key responsibilities include;
Ensuring the employee experience is of the highest quality; through generation of employee contracts in line with SLA's,
Timely responses to employee and manager enquiries
Receipt and checking of compliant document bundles
Working with the Payroll team to meet processing deadlines,
Working with the Vetting team to ensure compliance
Capturing benefit information by means of SFTP
Assisting in producing reporting on SLA's and complianceIdeal candidate;
Experience within contract generation
Strong administrative skills
Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Mail Merger
Proficient touch-tying
Keen eye for detail
Good knowledge of GDPRApply online for further information
