Highly successful Private Equity company based in the West End is looking for a well presented, professional,  graduate calibre PA to come on board and support busy Director who is very highly regarded in his field. This is a fabulous role for someone who has solid PA experience under their belt but is now looking to take their role to the next level and develop their skills in a busy, demanding and fast paced environment. Based in amazing offices in Mayfair you will be part of a very successful and supportive team.  This role will be providing 1;1 assistance in regards to diary, meeting and travel arrangements but also ad hoc project and research work and also personal work as and when required.  This is a great role for someone looking for a challenge, working with a great bunch of people!  Key is a positive attitude, a flexible approach and someone who will always go the extra mile to get the job done to a high standard.  A team player is a must!  We have worked with this company for many years and we know that they reward handsomely and really do look after their staff.  A fabulous role!

Please note there is some out of hours work required for this role.

 

 

Duties:

  • Diary management – scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Inbox management – flag, monitor and responding where appropriate
  • Meeting management - scheduling, preparing rooms and documentation, taking minutes and following up on any action points
  • Extensive telephone liaison at all levels – internal and external
  • Acting as the point of contact
  • Managing logistics for all national and international travel arrangements, including visas and any necessary paperwork
  • Compiling itineraries and agendas
  • Filing, scanning, printing, copying and binding
  • Keeping contact information updated
  • Processing invoices and expenses
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Hospitality and event management
  • Personal work
  • Ad hoc research and team support
  • Ad hoc private assistance and liaison
