About the role

As Practice Manager, you will manage a small finance & administration team providing Accounting and Advisory services to a range of existing clients:

Specific responsibilities:

* Responsibility for managing the operations within the office ensuring effectiveness and efficiency at all times.

* Plan & manage accounting workload including allocation of work and supervision of accounting, administration and payroll team.

* Manage the relationship with a small portfolio of clients presenting monthly management accounts and other business advisory services.

* Engage with clients on ad hoc projects around business strategy.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and assist in continued growth and expansion of the practice.

* Business development through attendance of local networking events.

Candidate Profile

You are a competent and experienced Office Manager, able to demonstrate a strong breadth of experience ideally gained in a professional services environment. You will be organised and analytical with strong communication skills and a detail-orientated approach.
