HR Business Partner

GBP30,000 per Annum basic salary

This HR Business Partner role is an operational and strategically aligned HR professional role within the larger Exemplar HR team. You will work closely with the Operational Teams and Managers, using coaching and influencing skills to drive employee engagement, manage change smoothly and ensure that we retain motivated teams that play their part in delivering excellent care and outcomes to our service users.

You would be joining Exemplar Health Care at a very exciting time with expansions plans of five to eight new homes opening every year for the next 5 years of which your role will play a key requirement to deliver this strategy of opening new build complex care homes across the UK.

About you:

You will have proven experience as a solid HR Business Partner, within an autonomous, operational and strategic role. You will have proven experience in the following; managing complex employee cases, building and maintaining effective working relations with a variety of stakeholders, managing and implementing small to medium scale HR projects and change initiatives, working with managers on the various HR matters including case management, performance management, implementing policies and procedures, producing complex workforce data reports and providing recommendations to improve people processes and employee engagement. In addition, you will be able to communicate and coach effectively across all roles of Exemplar and will be able to stay calm and deliver a range of tasks to specified deadlines within a highly pressurised environment.

This is a challenging role; within the health and social care setting where no two days are the same. However the successful candidate will be joining a solid, effective and welcoming team and will be fully supported to reach their potential.
