The Project Administrator is part of a planned section team who are proactive in working to a high standard, offering project co-ordination for planned and Capital work activities to a wide range of Housing properties. As a Team they deliver high class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.

What the role involves:
- Provide administrative, operational & customer service project support to Site & Commercial Team.
- Assist Project Manager with programming and planning of the project, ensuring property lists and programmes are supplied, maintained and updated for site teams and reports/feedback on programmes provided.
- Monitor and report on KPI performance in accordance with contractual, operational & commercial obligations, working with all team members to ensure an efficient and productive service is delivered to service users & client to support the attainment and maintenance of high levels of satisfaction with performance delivery in accordance with agreed standard operating procedures.
- Support the effective utilisation of resources across work stream/s.
- Ensure the customer experience is central to all activities by adopting a professional manner when communicating with service users, clients, and both internal/external stakeholders This includes but is not limited to appearance, company ID, maintaining a high standard of Health & Safety requirements.
- Communicating with service users, site team and client regarding ongoing work/s and liaison with colleagues to ensure accurate & timely information provided.
- Follow and support policies, procedures, initiatives and work instructions at all times and keep all supplied company assets in a good condition in line with the company policies and report to your Manager where damages occur.
- Provide back up to other project staff, covering any absences and attend informal and formal company & client meetings and training sessions as required.
What you need to have:
We are looking to meet candidates with an established high-level Administrative background. Candidates who have experience working within Housing, Property, Social Housing, Construction or IT sectors will be highly desirable.
- Excellent IT, English and Maths
- Business Administration Qualifications OR established commercial or Industry experience
- Experience in planning, programming activities
- Data inputting, use of ICT systems
- Working within a pressurised environment with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of internal or external refurbishment works.
- Excellent time management, a team player, and a great negotiator
