Pure are working with a rapidly growing business based in Chelmsford to recruit a HR Administrator to join their expanding HR team. Our client are looking for someone forward thinking, who can bring new ideas into the business and work closely with the HR Manager to implement them.
The Role
• Dealing with all aspects of general HR Administration, writing contracts, sending out offer letters, updating sickness records, logging holiday
• Assisting with the recruitment life cycle, working closely with the relevant line managers, producing job adverts and on boarding new staff
• Gaining references for new staff members
• Implementing and updating policies and procedures
• Being the first point of contact for the HR department and escalating where necessary
Skills and experience required
• CIPD qualified ideal
• You must have experience within a similar role and exposure to implementing new policies and procedures
• Excellent computer skills
• High level of organisational skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• The ability to work in a growing and fast paced environment
