Paralegal Housing Management & Property Litigation

We currently have an exciting opportunity available to join our client a law firm based in the City of London.

My client is currently recruiting for a Paralegal to work within their Housing Management and Property Litigation Team.

The successful candidate will assist the Solicitors with their work as well as building their own caseload. Ideally, you will have Property Litigation experience but this is not essential. The role will involve providing advice and assistance to Registered Providers of Social Housing and private landlords in a broad range of matters including possession proceedings based on rent arrears, breach of tenancy, anti-social behavior and unauthorised occupiers, injunction proceedings, disrepair claims and claims against leaseholders including forfeiture.

Successful completion of the LPC or studying the LPC part time
Have experience of dealing with RPs/private landlords
Some experience in a similar role working in a law firm
