* Looking for individuals with previous customer service / call centre experience
Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for professional individuals to join our clients in the local area.
Ideally looking for individuals who have already gained previous call centre and / or telephone experience, the successful individuals will be required to communicate to a high standard, providing first class support and service to clients and customers.
Duties:
* First point of contact for inbound queries from customers
* Making outbound calls to customers to obtain information and respond to follow ups
* Responding to Web Chat
* Responding to business emails
* Handling escalated calls on occasions
Experience:
* Previous call centre experience
* Confident, professional and clear telephone manner
* Self-motivated and driven
* A passion for customer service
* Enjoy working in a high-volume telephone position
