9 Month Fixed Term Contract
The People Team is a key enabler for business success. By aligning to the Group's customer journey, we drive our colleagues, managers and leaders to cultivate a working environment that encourages fast pace delivery and success. Providing administrative support and advice across the full employee life-cycle, including resourcing, payroll, reward, employee relations and other general People queries relating to people policies and processes. The role will work as part of an expert team responding to daily queries and being an integral part of the People team in delivery of a first class service to the business.
What would your day look like?
Championing all employee queries and payroll queries, providing clear and prompt responses delivering a colleague experience we are proud of
Managing pay-related requests from managers and employees to ensure compliance with relevant policies
Fully utilising our People system (Oracle) to track all employee journeys
Manage all changes to employee data including communication with employees and other parties
Supporting managers and our outsourced recruitment team with recruitment administration; ensuring new starters are added to systems as needed
Providing administration support for our Centres of Excellent (Reward, Learning & Development etc.)What do we expect of you?
Working experience in a HR Administration role or equivalent
Excellent attention to detail
To be optimistic and proactive when solving problems or complex queries
