A growing Management Consultancy is looking to hire a Facilities Manager to work 3 days a week and manage the facilities for their UK and European Offices.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a meaty Facilities role with lots of variety, and you will be an excellent problem solver and enthusiastic individual! Typical duties include:

This role will pay up to £27k (£45k pro-rata) in addition to a discretionary bonus and benefits.

A growing Management Consultancy is looking to hire a Facilities Manager to work 3 days a week and manage the facilities for their UK and European Offices.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Managing the Property portfolio
- Proactive facilities management
- Managing the Contractors and Vendors
- Managing the Health and Safety within all UK and European offices
- Working with the Ops Director to manage the facilities budget
- Manage the FOH team.
- Ad-hoc facilities based projects
To be successful, you will have experience in a facilities role, be an efficient problem solver and with a can-do attitude.
Essential requirements:
- Experience managing the facilities ideally across multiple sites
- Experience in a corporate environment
- A proactive approach to resolve potential issues.
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous people management skills
- IOSH qualified
- Experience in managing facilities in multiple offices and countries.
This role will pay up to £27k (£45k pro-rata) in addition to a discretionary bonus and benefits.
