Pure are working exclusively with a well know professional services company based in North Cambridge. The client is looking to recruit and HR and L&D Administrator on a full-time basis. The role will initially be an 18-month FTC.

Job Responsibilities
• Completing a wide range of administrative tasks such as:
• Producing letters and emails
• Arranging meetings
• Organising training courses
• Updating employee record and HR related information on the company's intranet and HR system
• You will be involved in the full employee lifecycle from arranging inductions for new starters right through to supporting on a wide range of queries from stakeholders across the business.

Skills required.
• Be organised and adaptable.
• Able to work within an autonomous environment.
• Have a passion for learning.
• Previous experience working within an administration role.
• Strong IT skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
