JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a:- Mortgage Support and Administrator
* Providing and building excellent customer service relationships both internally and externally, ensuring that you adhere to policy and procedural guidelines at all times
* To record and analyse varying data
* Updating customer records
* Monitoring the progress of each mortgage application
* Keeping customers up to date with the progress of their applications
* Sending information to customers
* Completing all the paperwork to enable your Advisor to be up to speed with all aspects of the customers application
* Work with other teams and departments to ensure business objectives are met
* Carry out requests in an accurate and timely manner
* Undertake any other duties or projects as and when required
Person profile:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong Administration skills
* Excellent communication both verbal and written
* Ability to plan and organise work effectively
* Team worker but ability to use initiative
* Good attention to detail
* Experience of working within Legal, Estate Agencey or Financial Services
* Min Maths and English GCSE grades "C"
Desired criteria:
* Previous experience working within finance industry
* Previous administration and customer service experience
