Investment Administrator / IFA Administrator

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are recruiting for a range of support positions within finance/investment industry. This is an exciting time to join a "boutique" organisations who pride themselves on taking a bespoke and individual approach when advising both private and corporate clients.

We are looking to recruit investment administrators who will be supporting with a range of the following duties:

Preparation of client portfolios and annual reviews
Review portfolio reports
Undertake product and market research
Ensuring all reviews meet with compliance procedures
Administration of Life, investment and pensions, including submissions of on-line applications/ top-ups and paper based applications
Prepare platform withdrawals / fund switches
Life/Investment and pension quotations
Ad-hoc client project work
Running comprehensive IO activities
Adding fees/payaways entriesFor the roles we are recruiting for it is essential that you have:

Working knowledge of IO back office system
Working knowledge of EIM platforms
Competent with preparation of management information reporting
Excellent communication skills, a confident ability to communicate with a diverse range of individualsShould you be interested in learning more about the opportunities on offer and have the relevant specialist experience then I would be keen to discuss with you as soon as possible.
