Customer Service & Sales Advisor

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting a Sales & Customer Service Advisor to work for our client based in Worksop.

This is a permanent full time role in which you will need to provide excellent customer service and develop business by aiming to convert all enquiries into hire business.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:-

Customer Care/Service

* Be the first line of contact for customers
* Open new accounts and check credit worthiness
* Co-ordinate logistics to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction

Business Development

* Quality of hires taken and achievement of good contract rates
* Increase customer base
* Hire revenue and other revenues
* Inter depot transfers

Administration

* Carry out audits as directed
* Administration/reporting
* Assist in stocktakes as required
* Raise Quick Quotes and cost sheets for all enquiries

To be considered for this role you will have experience of customer service and/or account management with excellent communication skills. You will possess good ICT skills along with an excellent eye for detail.
