THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a highly skilled PA for a team of Investment Bankers. Candidate must be able to be flexible in an administration and secretarial role, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Answering telephones and emails in a professional manner
- Booking and arranging meetings, internal and external
- Travel Management, including visa processing
- Expense management
- General administration
- Ad hoc tasks

- Experience with CRM systems

- Training on client’s systems will be provided
