CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
PERMANENT - OLDBURY
Salary GBP18 to GBP18,500 (Depending on experience)

JOB PURPOSE :
To provide an excellent customer service. Have the ability to handle and resolve online order enquiries to ensure Customer satisfaction.
MAIN TASKS
Dealing with and responding to e-mails in relation to incoming order enquiries.
Answering telephone calls from clients and directing the calls appropriately when necessary
Printing and checking service orders
Updating on order progress and delivery dates
General ad-hoc administration
Updating spreadsheets accordingly
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & TRAINING
Must be numerate & literate
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
Must be able to work independently or within a team
Must be willing to learn
Good work ethic
SAP experience would be beneficial but training will be provided
Computer literate (Excel, Word)
Must be a team player, ability to work with others, consistent, able to work under pressure, even tempered and a calming persona
Working Hours : 08.00 am til 17.00 pm
Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch
