HR Manager

One of Europe’s leading digital consultancies are looking for an HR Manager to cover a period of maternity leave to start asap. This role is about delivering a first-class service within the business.

The successful applicant will need to cover the full range of HR Generalist support from a strategic and operational perspective.  You will need to provide guidance on HR practices and policies, HR initiatives and resolve queries and issues. 

You will be working closely with the CEO and people managers, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure that the people agenda is reflected in all business decisions. The Generalist role covers four key pillars; HR policy and best practice, talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management.

HR generalist experience from Professional Services backgrounds would be attractive. CIPD qualification(s), level 5 and/or level 7, is desirable. This HR Manager role could be undertaken on a full-time or part-time basis (4 days per week).

Candidates need to be immediately available for an asap start date.
