HR ADVISOR - GENERALIST ROLE - 12 MONTH CONTRACT

For an HR professional who has been working in a law firm, and is looking for the opportunity for a 12 month contract, this top law firm is offering a great deal of variety, in a full generalist role.
The role involves providing advice and guidance to partners, managers and employees on all generalist HR matters. Providing commercially focussed people solutions that take into account the business strategy and growth planning, policies and procedures, employment legislation and HR best practice. Responsible for a providing support throughout the full employee lifecycle.
As a key member of the HR team, the role holder will be advising on employee relations issues, seeking outside guidance where necessary.
