We are currently seeking for an exciting new role as a Talent & Development Coordinator to join a bank in the city on a long-term temporary basis, with a strong possibility to go permanent for the successful candidate.

Fantastic opportunity for a Talent & Development Coordinator who will primarily focus on supporting the implementation and management of Talent related programmes and interventions, that develop the capability of employees to build and maintain a high performing workforce.

The role is based in London however supports learning and organisational development across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

*Support EMEA nomination and selection processes for all Global and Regional Talent Programmes
*Support implementation and ongoing management of senior development programmes
*Support recruitment, operationalising and monitoring Early Talent Programmes
*Support onboarding and management of third-party vendors
*Support reviewing the effectiveness of talent development interventions, using data to provide insight and recommendations
*Supporting projects to build best practice and continually improve the delivery
*Effectively managing knowledge capture and documentation storage to enable smooth running repeatable processes
*Ensure data accuracy and integrity
*Responding accurately and in a timely manner to employee and managers requests and queries via phone, email, instant message, or face to face interactions
*Carrying out processes, procedure and tractions as per manuals, training and systems workflow
*Support the Talent Team with key strategic projects as required
*Being a strong and reliable team member who supports others achieve the Departments goals and objectives

Key Skills Required:

*Analytical with an ability to look beyond the obvious, anticipating requirements and using data and insights to drive delivery
*Ability to build trust, be credible and reliable
*Constructively critical and able to assimilate feedback with the desire to drive continuous improvement
*Strong eye for and attention to detail and methodical approach

The successful candidate will have experience working in a collaborative way with colleagues internally and with external vendors, as well as managing multiply projects.
