The Client - is a respected International Law Firm. You will be joining an established HR team of over 30 people. They are a people-centred firm.

 

The Role - is to work within the learning and development team to design and deliver learning paths and to support Partners and employees to thrive whatever their role. The role will be specifically aligned as a specialist to certain teams/ divisions and will include firmwide projects, which vary depending on the needs of the business.

 

This is a role you can really make your own - lead projects, from conception to implementation and have complete ownership.

The environment and culture will encourage you to be pro-active and identify opportunities or new ideas to improve ways of doing things.

 

You - will have demonstrable L&D experience, including:

  • A proven track record of designing and delivering course modules and programmes, adapting design and approach to suit audience, delivery channel and environment
  • Experience of coaching internally (coaching qualification desirable but not necessary)
  • Knowledge and experience of working with a Learning Management System
  • Experience of working with communication and psychometric tools
  • CIPD Level 5 in HR or Learning and Development (desired)
