Data Procurement Team PA

This is a temporary role - minimum 6 months. You will be working in the data procurement team for 2 direct reports. Its a busy role and approximately 70% will be organising diaries and interviews for 2 senior managers. You will also be speaking to candidates and recruiters and ensuring that all parties have everything they need.

Around 30% of the role will be inputting date for the Data Procurement team but no prior experience is necessary as you will be given full training.

You must have have experience working as a PA ideally in the financial sector and have a professional and helpful attitude. You will working for a lovely team and be made to feel very welcome.

The hours are 8 to 6 but these are flexible, especially at the moment. You will be working from home initially but they are hoping for staff to be working 50% at home and 50% in the office fairly soon.
