We are looking for a Producer to join an award winning Content Marketing & Video Production Agency in central London
The job
- Reporting to the COO and working with the wider team, the Producer will support the Production Manager to generate quotes, support the Chief Executive Officer in pitching and manage the content output and day to day deliverables for key client content accounts, ensuring these run smoothly during filming and that the project stays within budget and on schedule
- To support the Account Managers in nurturing key accounts and growing business within these through creative and service delivery excellence plus a thorough understanding of client requirements
Main tasks
- Starting with building the quote, the Producer is responsible for supporting the pitching process and ultimately ensuring that each project runs to the agreed budget and timeline, maximising profit margin
- Following on with the project brief, the Producer is responsible for coordinating the entire production process from pre-production and filming through to post production whilst maintaining positive communication with the team and client stakeholders
- With responsibility for the organisation and production of multiple content projects, the Producer will coordinate from pre-production to post production across all projects (including but not limited to video/film and animation).
- Closely managing the budget for each project ensuring client value for money and profit maximization are balanced. Keeping within production budgets is key and the Producer is expected to manage any scope creep whilst maintaining the client relationship
- Contributing to Business Development by generating ideas for creative pitching and once business is won supporting Account Managers with key clientele by facilitating positive working relationships
- Inputting necessary information into the company's systems and processes, actively contributing to improving efficiency
- Ensuring all relevant team members and client stakeholders are kept up to date with project progress and changes
- Undertaking any other specific duties that might be reasonably required of the post holder, as determined by the management team
- Responsible for personal and some team aspects of health and safety
- Commitment to own professional development in line with the company's culture

You will need:
- Experience of the production of shoots (on location), coordinating in house edits and animation (2D and 3D) and building client relationships
- Proven experience in working as part of a pitch team
- Comfortable in delivering a variety of content within a range of budgets
- Budget management skills and a commercial outlook
- The ability to communicate and build relationships with people at all levels
- A determination to get things done with a keen eye for detail
- A team player with a collaborative approach who can lead a successful production
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A can do attitude and a good sense of humour
