What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

• Building and managing a team of Outbound SDR's, with a focus on developing strong client relationships
• Hitting targets, converting clients from initial leads to contracts, increasing revenue and encouraging/monitoring the number of meetings booked by the team
• Developing client relationships and attending client meetings which have been coordinated by the team
• Implementing new training processes to encourage the development of your team
• Proactively seeking new business opportunities
• Interest in technology!

What is the company looking for?

• Previous experience as an Outbound SDR Team Lead, and an understanding of the SDR journey/lifecycle
• Ideally previous experience within SAAS or tech
• Ability to manage and develop a team
• Commercially aware and able to hit and exceed targets
• Written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Resilient, proactive, positive and personable
• Driven and motivated, with a passion for sales
