EA for start-up

My client is a Tech Start Up with a focus on the Hospitality industry. Seeking a confident, enthusiastic EA to support the co-Founders and be an integral part of the fast growing team. This is a super fast paced and exciting environment and you will have masses of opportunity to grow within company!

You will be working amongst a sociable, dynamic and passionate team with opportunities to work remotely too. Adaptability and a flexible mentality is required to suit the start up environment. 

Responsibilities may include:

Full administrative and business support for the founders

Diary and global travel management 

Scheduling of physical meetings

Setting up virtual calls / video calls

Office admin

Creating agendas, taking minutes 

Expenses / budget management 

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience working for a start up

Have experience in Tech or Hospitality Tech

Be highly organized and detail orientated

Be tech savvy and social media savvy

Be a strong communicator

Be self - motivated and proactive
