A fantastic opportunity to develop a PA/EA career within a young and dynamic family office. Reporting into the two existing EAs and the Head of Operations, you will get great exposure to both the private and corporate aspects of the Principals’ lives.
Hours: Full Time
Location: Based in Mayfair office with flexibility
Salary: Circa £30k
Start Date: ASAP
Interviewing: ASAP
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Private and office purchasing
- Tracking expenses for principals private purchasing and any office purchases they have been asked to make, including collating receipts, working with Excel
- Assisting with travel plans and ad hoc personal tasks per the principals’ requests
- Acting as a runner for errands/deliveries to principals’ London properties
- Data input and clean up on CRM/address books
- Covering the team requests, assisting the EA team with office set up and organisation, tracking office supplies, accompanying ops/admin team where necessary
- Tracking principals’ personal needs when abroad in conjunction with EA team, keeping track of requests/purchases/deliveries, managing timings
- Ad hoc bookings e.g. restaurants, cars, travel and other
Candidates must be / have:
- Preferably degree educated
- Fast on feet, good memory, able to manage and prioritise tasks – no ego where the nature of the tasks in concerned
- Thick skin, team player, positive attitude towards requests from all sides
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented
- Familiar with MS Office, Zoom, MS Teams
- Literate, highly numerate, accurate
- Calm, organized, detailed, communicator
- 1-3 years’ experience
