12 month FTC – May start
£40,000 - £45,000
My client, a global Investment Management firm in central London are looking for a Team Assistant to join them for a 12 month FTC. For this role, the successful applicant will have previous Team Assistant experience within financial services and supported a large team in a very fast-paced environment. Starting late May, hours 9 am – 5 pm with some flexibility required. This is a great opportunity for a Team Assistant who is keen to build on their existing skillset in a varied role supporting at a variety of levels.

What you’ll do;
- Extensive diary management for all team members
- Organise all international and domestic travel arrangements
- Telephone liaison - answering and making calls on behalf of the team when necessary
- Process and manage all team expenses
- Draft and distribute agenda for meetings
- Provide cover for other assistants as required
- Formatting/creating documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Printing and binding documents
- Admin and project support as required.
- Arrange meetings both internally and externally
- Create/amend presentations
- Record team holiday and absence
What you’ll need;
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience within a similar role supporting a large team
- Enthusiastic team player with a ‘can do' attitude
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
- Experience within financial services desired
