Exciting opportunity for a Sales/Commercial Manager to head up the sales team in a fast-paced luxury serviced office environment in central London. This role is fully office-based, and previous sector experience is not necessary; more important is matching the person specification below.

You will manage prospective client viewings, prepare proposals and negotiate on deals, whilst managing a team of 5 Sales Executives. You will be responsible for ensuring the business hits targets, and forecasting/managing business pipeline. 

• Must have a positive, proactive approach and be highly commercial
• Able to demonstrate commitment and passion for the position
• Be articulate and immaculately presented
• Able to adapt to deal with clients of all sizes, and build rapport easily
• Able to demonstrate ability to close business and manage/encourage a team, leading by example and through appraisals and coaching
