PA to Project Director & Team (With Marketing & Project Support)

My client is a highly successful Property Business with an outstanding reputation in its field. They are innovative, progressive and have a senior leadership team that believes in the value of its people. An opportunity has arisen for a PA to support the Project Director with additional marketing and project duties.This role is a 12 month fixed term contract paying £28k. Initially working from home.

The role supports the Director of Projects acting as the key gatekeeper and first point of contact for all queries. As well as general secretarial support such as diary management, meeting management and travel schedules the role manages key stakeholders internally and externally.

You will act as an ambassador for the team with clients working across the business with other PAs and Assistants. Also, you will be creating high-quality presentations and correspondence and managing the logistics of all events and meetings on and off-site. You will support concerning the planning and administration of projects on behalf of The Director. There will be some additional support to the Finance Director and wider team on an ad-hoc basis.

This role has an additional element of marketing support. You will support the development of the marketing strategy and wider PR projects across the business including working with marketing & PR agencies.

Applicants must have previous experience of supporting a Team and have previous PA experience supporting a Director. Exposure to Projects and Marketing would also be desirable.
