If you are a strong Customer Service Consultant looking for a new role in Bristol, I am working with a fantastic Property and Housing business!

Client Details

Our client is in the Property and Housing industry. They are a welcoming and friendly company who have a clear progression path and opportunities to side-step!


As a Customer Service Consultant you will service one of their current contracts, working under the direction of the Senior Key Account Service Manager. The role is administration and telephone customer services-based role, full training will be provided.

  • Registering new instructions
  • Tracking milestones on the in-house system
  • Answering queries from customers, solicitors and agents
  • Building relationships with the panel of solicitors
  • Delivering the target case load
  • Providing technical advice and guidance to our customers


The successful Customer Service Consultant will have/be

  • Immediately available or available on short notice
  • Proven customer service skills, ideally in telesales
  • Previous exposure working with in-house Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Microsoft proficient
  • An understanding of the mortgage application or conveyancing process
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Effective communication skills via both telephone and email
  • Committed to a 12 month FTC
