EA - Think Tank

RL 13905: This is a unique opportunity for a positive, proactive EA who enjoys bringing teams together.  My client is a highly regarded global Think Tank dedicated to developing solutions around poverty.  Based from beautiful offices in Mayfair supporting a newly appointed MD, this EA will be an extension of the MD’s office and will be the conduit for information flow both internally and externally.  This EA will be involved in a wide range of tasks and projects liaising at government level as well as with stakeholders and donors. Working in a fast paced environment, duties are wide ranging and will include managing a hugely busy diary, acting as point of contact for senior level contacts, dealing with highly confidential information, problem solving and exercising judgement when making decisions, troubleshooting conflicts, preparing information ahead of meetings, Board level support and managing the company’s HR function. The ideal EA will be self motivated and have the ability to drive activity forward in a positive way.  Ideally this EA will have around 3-6 years’ experience in a similar role working with Senior Management in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Excellent IT skills are a must.
