Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a leading Japanese Bank based in the heart of the city. This is a temporary ongoing role, starting ASAP with a strong possibility to turn into a permanent role.

Reporting in to the HR Director and part of the wider Talent Acquisition team made up of 7. The purpose of team is to attract and develop a diverse and high performing workforce with the capabilities to lead and evolve the company's global business now and into the future.

We are looking for a confident, team player who can deal with a considerable amount of change and high volumes. They will be supporting across temp and perm recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience, ideally in house and will be able to hit the ground running.

Previous experience of SuccessFactors would be great.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the talent acquisition team in a full range of their duties, not limited to:

*Posting and advertising jobs
*Corresponding with job applicants
*Providing logistical support for interviews and meetings
*Preparing correspondence and presentations
*Editing and formatting documents
*Preparing materials for meetings and workshops and acting as a resource support for answering general recruitment enquiries.
