A very well-known media company is seeking a PA to support three C Suite Finance Executives plus the small team of 7 in a business capacity.
Working as part of a team of 3 PAs you will also be assisting with facilities and office management, helping the company to return to normal office-based operations in the coming weeks, and with events and the company charity. As such this is a lovely varied PA role.
On the PA front, main responsibilities will be diary and inbox management, and providing general admin and finance support, so you must be comfortable with numbers and have good attention to detail. Previous finance experience would be helpful but not essential.
