Ref:13896: This is a unique opportunity for a flexible, supremely organised and dedicated EA who enjoys building build relationships with high profile names within business. This EA will support a hugely busy, senior level MD who works on multi national advisory projects and Board level/CEO appointments within tech and telecoms, as well as taking a strong lead on the company’s D&I initiatives.  This a fast paced role, working across multiple time zones and the ability juggle multiple priorities, be proactive and reactive, and anticipate problems is essential. Working from stunning offices in Mayfair, this EA will often be the point of contact for clients and will liaise with all levels across the company acting as the conduit for information flow.  This EA will be given autonomy and will take complete ownership of the role, often dealing with highly sensitive information and taking the lead on projects.  This EA will coordinate complex international travel, schedule back to back meetings often across different time zones, pull together information such as bios and reports in order to create PowerPoint presentations, and attention to detail is key.  There is also a small about of private support.  The ideal EA will ideally you will have 8+ years’ EA experience in international environments having taken on projects.  Industries such as Tech, Telecomms, Professional services etc would suit.
