Personal Assistant - £35,000-£45,000 - London
Our client is a global real estate company with a presence in 225 cities and 25 countries. They have been operating for over 60 years and are now looking for a Personal Assistant to join their headquarters in London.
Your responsibilities as a Personal Assistant will include:
- Preparing and processing expense reports, timesheet management and inter-group billing.
- Facilitating online meetings, webinars, conference calls.
- Composing various documents such as agreements, contracts, correspondence, interoffice memos, reports, charts and tables.
- Preparing presentations that deliver clear and lasting messages
- Serving as the administrative coordinator and supporting the team leader and team members
In order to be a successful applicant for this position you must have:
- Previous experience in an administrative support role in a professional office environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, web-based collaboration tools and file management
- Prior experience working within the property/construction industry is highly advantageous but not essential.
- The ability to speak a European language is highly desired
