With customer data at the heart of everything they do my client are an internationally recognisable brand with an urgent need for an interim Head of Customer Insight and Data.

Managing a team of 4 the Head of Customer Insight is responsible for setting the insight strategy and optimising customer data across the organisation to lead, inform and shape key business decisions and brand performance. Driving programmes across UK and Europe evaluating and reporting on customer experience and performance the Head of Customer Insight has a huge profile within the business and constantly engaging at senior stakeholder and board level.

The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind, be genuinely passionate about deep dive information analysis and possess creative storytelling ability to confidently bring the voice of customers to life.

Skills & Experience
*Successful track record of significant growth and delivery in a fast-paced (agency or in-house) environment.
*Proven expertise in working with data and insight across both Marketing and other stakeholders
*Extensive experience of Insight strategy development and the definition of customer experience programmes in a matrixed organisation.
*Experience of designing large scale insight programmes and driving organisational change to deliver improvements in customer experience.
*Commercially astute with the confidence and credibility to contribute across the business
*Experience of leading a team of multi-functional teams and external agencies
