Substantial Private PA role supporting a dynamic, creative entrepreneur with a wide range of interests – fashion, entertainment, events. Based from the clients house (Notting Hill), family office as well as being out and about, this is a hugely varied role where you are responsible for managing every aspect of an exceptional busy and international life. Managing their diary, travel, itineraries, household management, attending appointments with the principal, liaising with their clients, personal shopping – anything and everything! There is a real focus on events ranging from intimate dinners to large scale parties with high profile individuals requiring strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach.

An aesthetic eye, exceptional attention to detail and a real passion for events is vital!! The role will require you to juggle large projects at once whilst also maintaining the smooth running of the principal’s life. No two says will be the same and you will get the opportunity to work with some very exciting people!

Looking for 2+ years specific Private PA experience, an open and friendly yet professional personality, and an exceptional eye for detail. A background in luxury would be a real bonus as standards are high. A rare role which will challenge you daily whilst offering the opportunity to become a true right hand.
